Job summary

Adecco Portugal, partnering with a famous Tech Firm, seeks an Inhouse Talent Acquisition Business Partner on a contract basis. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for technology and corporate functions, with immediate availability preferred.

You will advise hiring managers, lead proactive sourcing and talent mapping across global markets, employ AI tools for research and scheduling, and help plan campus hiring and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting across technology (70%) and corporate (30%) functions.
• Strategic stakeholder management as a Talent Advisor to define needs and influence hiring.
• Advanced sourcing via headhunting using Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Talent mapping and market intelligence for global markets.
• Data literacy to translate recruiting data into actionable strategies.
• AI and digital fluency to enhance research and workflow efficiency.
• Campus hiring and employer branding exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end candidate lifecycle and map the market intelligence of the external talent landscape.
• Apply strategic talent identification framework to distinguish talent profiles.
• Use advanced sourcing to 'hunt' for specialised roles and build pipelines.
• Lead data-led insights with hiring managers to calibrate talent and adjust search strategies.
• Uphold high hiring discipline through feedback loops and rigorous interview standards.

• Leverage Generative AI for research, ideation and data analysis to enhance ranking and scheduling.
• Own stakeholder management as Strategic Talent Advisor with Hiring Managers and Business leaders to define and secure talent.

The Talent

• 7+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience across Technology (70%) and/or Corporate functions (30%) - from sourcing through to complex offer closures
• Strategic stakeholder management - demonstrated ability to act as a Talent Advisor, consulting with Hiring Managers and senior business leaders to define talent needs and influence hiring decisions
• Advanced sourcing capability - hands-on expertise in headhunting for specialised/niche roles using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct-search methodologies
• Talent mapping & market intelligence - structural mapping of external talent landscapes in complex, global markets
• Data literacy - ability to translate recruiting data and market density signals into actionable search strategies and hiring recommendations
• AI & digital fluency - working experience with GenAI or productivity tools to enhance research, candidate ranking, or workflow efficiency
