Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes for engineering and technical roles in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring alignment on role requirements, timelines and expectations while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, business administration or related field
• 1–3 years end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an RPO or agency KPI setting
• Knowledge of employment laws, fair hiring practices, and data privacy regulations
• Proven track record hiring for engineering or technical roles across functions and levels
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and internal teams
• Familiar with recruitment channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport
• Highly organized; ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Act as liaison between hiring managers and candidates to align role requirements
• Specialize in engineering and technical roles
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with client-side HR teams to align recruitment strategies
• Provide recruitment reports, dashboards, pipeline updates, and hiring numbers
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
