PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to connect top engineering and technical talent with exciting career opportunities.

You’ll own the recruitment process end-to-end and partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver the right fit. You’ll build and maintain candidate pipelines, craft engaging job advertisements across LinkedIn, JobStreet and internal portals, and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within an RPO, recruitment agency, or KPI-driven environment.
• Good understanding of employment legislation, fair hiring practices, and data privacy requirements.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for engineering or technical positions across different functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to work directly with hiring managers and internal teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• A proactive, adaptable, and independent mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Partner closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver the right talent
• Recruit across a variety of engineering and technical roles, understanding the skills, qualifications, and market challenges involved
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database to support current and future hiring needs
• Create and manage engaging job advertisements across LinkedIn, JobStreet, internal portals, and other recruitment channels
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other talent channels
• Track recruitment performance and provide accurate weekly/monthly dashboards, pipeline reports, and hiring updates
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every candidate feels informed, respected, and valued throughout the process
