Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner in English.
• Comfortable working with others or independently to resolve IT issues.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS and network devices, AD/MS SQL and Azure/M365.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Helpdesk and end user support
• Provide technical assistance on desktop/laptop/iPad and in-house applications to corporate users
• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows devices and applications
• Maintain and troubleshoot Apple/Mac devices and applications
• Maintain and troubleshoot networking equipment such as network switches, routers and firewalls
• Deploy workstations (desktop/laptop/Apple Mac devices) and other IT equipment
• Administer Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and MS SQL
• Administer Azure/Microsoft 365
• Manage IT hardware and software inventory
• Assist in procurement of IT hardware and related administrative matters
• Liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot IT issues
