Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for notebooks and desktops across major brands (Dell, Lenovo, HP, Apple).

You will install, configure and maintain Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365, and third-party software, while handling ITSM tickets and meeting SLA targets. You will also submit tickets for all tasks to ensure proper tracking.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support for notebooks and desktops across major brands (Dell, Lenovo, HP, Apple).
Install, configure and maintain Windows and macOS operating systems.
Install, configure and support Microsoft 365 software and services.
Install, configure and support third-party software.
Attend to ITSM tickets and resolve them, with SLA targets.
Submit ITSM tickets for all support tasks.
