Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB in Singapore seeks a System Engineer to assist the IT Manager with daily IT operations, provide end-user support for CACIB Singapore and CA Indosuez Wealth Management.

You will manage servers, applications and IT projects, perform hardware/software troubleshooting, and ensure backups, security, and documentation are up to date.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related discipline; exposure to capital markets systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT experience in a banking IT operations environment.
• Bachelor or diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Experience supporting capital markets applications and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PC/Server hardware, printers, and software issues.
• Perform IT helpdesk functions and answer support calls.
• Support Capital Markets applications and infrastructure.
• Install/configure/troubleshoot OS on PCs and servers.
• Maintain daily backups for Singapore branch servers and email.
