Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB Singapore is seeking a System Engineer to assist the IT Manager in daily operations, manage servers and applications, and provide IT support for CACIB Singapore and CA Indosuez Wealth Management. You will handle end-user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and coordinate with global teams to ensure security, backups, and business continuity.

This role offers hands-on exposure to capital markets infrastructure in a banking environment with opportunities to train staff

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations and end-user support.
• Ability to troubleshoot PC/Server hardware and software.
• Knowledge of security and backup practices.
• Coordinate with multiple bank teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PC/Server hardware, printer, and software issues.
• Provide IT helpdesk support via calls and ticketing.
• Follow-up on user purchases and service subscriptions.
• Setup and troubleshoot internal video conferences.
• Support Capital Markets applications and infrastructure.
• Maintain backups for Singapore branch servers and email.
