Job summary

Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CACIB) Singapore is seeking a System Engineer to assist the IT Manager in day-to-day IT operations, provide end-user support, manage servers and applications, and oversee IT projects for the branch.

You will handle troubleshooting, helpdesk activities, network and security tasks, backups, and disaster recovery planning, while coordinating with regional teams to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations/IT support.
• Ability to work in Singapore and comply with local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PC/Server hardware and software issues; escalate to 2nd/3rd level support as needed.
• Provide IT helpdesk assistance and manage user support requests.
• Manage servers, applications, and IT projects for the branch.
• Maintain backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
• Support capital markets applications and infrastructure; coordinate with regional teams.
