Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with less than 3 years' relevant experience.
• Diploma in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years' relevant experience.
• Preferred background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT systems, contracts, and stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance and support activities.
• Manage IT assets, spares, and obsolescence.
• Conduct security reviews and coordinate vulnerability/patch management.
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and operational readiness.
