Job summary
HDB Housing & Development Board is seeking a proactive System Analyst to support the delivery and continuous enhancement of our digital products. You will translate business needs into effective digital solutions, liaise between business process owners and technical teams, and drive improvements to processes and user experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should have strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear functional specs and user stories.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams including business users, technical teams and vendors.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies and enterprise system integration.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and system requirements for technical teams and vendors.
- Lead design, development and deployment of digital solutions to meet business needs.
- Coordinate UAT, develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria, ensure quality standards.
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of system enhancements and projects including planning, testing and post‑implementation support.
- Develop dashboards, reports and performance metrics to support decision‑making.
- Support procurement activities, vendor management and data governance policies.
