Job summary

Housing & Development Board (HDB) in Singapore seeks an experienced Business Analyst with a strong technical background to help shape product strategy and delivery. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years business analyst experience in software development projects.
Minimum 2 years experience in Agile environment and Cloud platform.

Experience with business case and user-stories development.
Knowledge of web, mobile and Cloud technologies and their impact on design.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the technical product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Identify opportunities and develop product strategies based on user needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product vision and success metrics.
Work with engineering to define technical requirements and architecture decisions.
Balance technical debt with new feature development.
Lead sprint planning and manage dependencies across workstreams.
Serve as bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Define KPIs and use data analytics to drive product decisions.
