• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business, engineering or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in gathering requirements, process analysis and documenting functional specs.
• Hands-on experience supporting SIT/UAT, defect management and implementation.
• Experience designing customer-facing platforms or digital channels in regulated environments.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid SDLC methodologies, with strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, identify gaps, conflicts, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This role involves driving end-to-end business analysis activities across solution design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support, requiring strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and regulatory awareness.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field;
• Must have at least 6 yearsof experience as a Business Analyst;
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation;
• Hands-on experience supporting SIT/UAT, defect management, and implementation activities;
• Good experience in designing customer-servicing platforms or customer-facing digital channels;
• Experience working in regulated environments such as hospitality,financial services, government, or similar industries;
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid SDLC methodologies;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business, IT, compliance, and vendors.

Desired Skill-set

• BA or Agile certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CSM, or CSPO are a plus.
