Job summary

RMA Consultants is seeking a proactive System Analyst to join the IBG Digital team in Singapore. This role focuses on end-to-end product lifecycle for corporate digital platforms, bridging business needs, technical implementation, and commercialization for the Singapore market.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in financial services or consulting, strong data analysis skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Support product roadmap initiatives, and coordinate prioritization with technical and business stakeholders.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys and validate with VoC; identify friction points and solutions.
• Create training content for internal stakeholders (CMs, IMs, RMs, Sales).
• Perform data analysis, including extraction, transformation, and segmentation, to model business scenarios and translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Provide weekend support (1–2 weekends per month) to conduct live system verifications and obtain formal sign-off for critical platform releases.

The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile System Analyst to join our IBG Digital team. This country specific role focuses on the end-to-end product lifecycle for corporate digital platforms, bridging the gap between business needs, technical implementation, and commercialization for Singapore market.

Responsibilities:

Product Development & Support:

• Support product roadmap initiatives, and coordinate prioritization with technical and business stakeholders.

Customer Journey Optimization:

• Map end-to-end customer journeys, validate against client feedback/Voice of the Customer (VoC), and proactively identify friction points and possible solutions
• Execute go-to-market strategies, including internal/external communications (EDMs).

Stakeholder Enablement:

• Create training content and conduct educational sessions for internal stakeholders (CMs, IMs, RMs, Sales).

Operational Excellence:

• Perform data analysis, including extraction, transformation, and segmentation, to model various business scenarios. Translate these insights into holistic, actionable solutions with collaboration with technical partners.
• Evaluate root-cause analysis provided by production support team for issues and sign off on the RCA, interim workarounds & solutions
• Provide weekend support (1–2 weekends per month) to conduct live system verifications and provide formal business sign-off for critical platform releases.

Requirements & Skills:

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+years of experience in financial services or consulting industry. Demonstrated success in managing complex project plans with multiple deliverables and stakeholders.

Problem Solving & Adaptability:

• Creative problem solver with a process-driven mindset; works well independently and within a fast-paced team.

Technical Proficiency:

• Data & Presentation: Excellent working knowledge of Excel (Data crunching, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint (designing high-impact communication materials).

Product Tools:

Proficient in JIRA; experienced in writing business requirement user stories and performing user story grooming with technical teams.

• Testing: Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system/app releases.

Communication:

• Direct experience with corporate internet banking applications.
• Exposure to AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
