Job summary

Internal Security Department in Singapore seeks a Corporate Business Analyst to bridge business and technology, collaborating with Finance, Procurement and Asset Management to optimise ERP workflows.

You will translate business requirements into functional specs, support system administration, provide stakeholder training, and help drive digital transformation across corporate services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS or equivalent competencies.
• Degrees in Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or MIS.
• Business Analytics or related field preferred.
• Experience with ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
• Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business domain owners to identify ERP challenges and opportunities for optimization.
• Analyze corporate service workflows to identify improvements and efficiencies.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs for technical teams and vendors.
• Bridge Biz-Tech functions to implement system changes and enhancements.
• Oversee ERP system administration, including user access and issue remediation.
• Provide ongoing training and support to stakeholders on ERP enhancements.
