Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement applications with GI delivery manager to support business needs.
• Liaise with infrastructure support and development teams; provide L2/L3 production support.
• Address tickets, incidents, and support requests; ensure incidents are managed within SLAs.
