Job summary

TAI CHONG CHEANG STEAMSHIP CO (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an IS/IT professional to support system development and maintenance, with leadership potential in the Information System Division.

You will handle Dynamics 365 Finance, SQL, Power Platform, BI reporting, cybersecurity, and cross-department collaboration to deliver efficient solutions and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• University graduate or Diploma holder in software engineering or related discipline.
• Microsoft certification in Azure Database or SQL Database related disciplines
• Min 5 years working experience with Database and application development.
• Accounting software experience is preferred
• Business analysis experience is preferred
• Working experience in supporting integration of accounting system with local banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• First level support for Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance, and in charge of related projects and integration with Microsoft SQL and 3rd party applications.
• Ensure successful deployment of micro projects, this covers various scripting and coding using API for system integrations with Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance in Banking and other financial operations.
• Work with relevant departments to help improve data analysis and reporting using Business Intelligence. This may include training, analysis, and development of report templates and working with different departments.
• Project leader and manage application development using Microsoft Power Platform. Must demonstrate familiarity with Power Apps and business development mindset.
• Responsible for providing directions and recommendations for the company’s information system to meet business needs and align with company’s long-term strategies.
• Work with stakeholders to help identify business requirements and develop solutions to address those requirements.
• Responsible to ensure the systems are operating in a safe environment, and work closely with Network and Security architect to meet TCC cyber security requirements.
• Be the project leader for new system deployments.
• Assist with daily IT support of ISD department.

Division: Information System Division

Report to: Deputy General Manager of Group ISD

Job Purpose: To support the pillar for system development and maintenance. Play an important role in the company to help strengthen TCC’s business efficiency and performance. The job will be an opportunity to develop a career to be a leader in the Information System Division.

Job Descriptions:

1. First level support for Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance, and in charge of related projects and integration with Microsoft SQL and 3rd party applications.

Skills requirement

1. Proficiency in common programming and design skills (e.g. JSON, Python etc.)
2. Familiar with Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance or any other accounting software will be preferred
3. Experience with Microsoft 365 – Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps etc), and the use of CoPilot in Office 365.
4. Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development processes.
5. Microsoft Azure environment and Microsoft Windows Server environment with certified skills are preferred
6. Understanding of Cloud Application API technology (e.g. Protocol, JSON, XML etc)
7. Experience with Microsoft Databases – SQL DB, Azure SQL database, Dataverse
8. Knowledge of data security and data encryption standards and operations
