Job summary

Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the selection and governance of enterprise applications and to support system and application operations across the organization.

You will collaborate with users and vendors to gather requirements, implement solutions, and manage IT projects with hands-on coding in Java/.NET/Python as needed. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to support TCM systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science or relevant IT certification.
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in IT Project Management and system/application support.
• Proficient with PM tools and methodologies.
• Coding ability in Java, .NET, Python, SQL, etc.
• Hands-on with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Git, and Docker preferred.
• Familiar with system integration, testing and deployment.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency to support TCM system preferred.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud and SQL.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or relevant IT certification
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in IT Project Management and system/application support
• Proficient and experience in using proper PM tools and methodology
• Coding ability (e.g. Java, .NET, Python, SQL, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Git, and Docker preferred
• Familiar with system integration, testing, and deployment
• Possess strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skill
• Mandarin proficiency (able to read and communicate) to support our TCM system preferred
• Experience in Oracle Cloud
• Experience in SQL
• Willingness to and passion for learning new technologies and practices
• Able to manage multiple tasks, projects and prioritise
• Able to identify interdependencies when analysing problems and developing creative solutions
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and a great team player
