Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience originating syndicated loans, particularly in Southeast Asia.
• Strong credit analysis and loan documentation skills.
• Knowledge of regional loan syndication markets (SEA, Australia, India, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with local or overseas teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare term sheets and pitchbooks for syndicated loan mandates.
• Analyze markets to support underwriting and distribution.
• Engage with financial institutions, government-linked companies, and large corporates in SEA, Australia, and India.
• Manage the credit process from origination to documentation.
• Execute loan syndication transactions including negotiations, sell-downs, and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, banks, insurers, and non-bank lenders.
