CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced banker to originate, structure and develop syndicated loan mandates for local and regional clients.

You will prepare term sheets and pitchbooks, conduct market analysis, and manage deals across Southeast Asia, Australia and India, coordinating with multiple business lines to deliver on the bank’s strategy within regulatory and risk frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience originating syndicated loans in Southeast Asia.
• Strong credit analysis, documentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of regional loan syndication markets (Singapore, AUS, India, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Prepare term sheets, pitchbooks and structure credit facilities for syndicated loan mandates.
• Conduct market analysis to support underwriting and distribution.
• Manage relations with clients and financial institutions across SEA, Australia, and India.
• Oversee the end-to-end credit process from origination to closing.
• Execute loan syndication transactions including negotiations, sell-downs and closing.
• Coordinate with local and overseas teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
