Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of syndicated loan agency or corporate loan administration experience.
• Knowledge of project financing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of market practice in syndicated loan administration.

Responsibilities

• Support syndicated loan agency and security agency services.
• Review and comment on draft finance documents.
• Process day-to-day syndication loan administration, drawdown, rollover, rate fixing, billing, prepayment, payment and document safekeeping.
• Liaise with legal counsels, finance parties and borrowers on deal closing and conditions precedent and subsequent.
• Ensure all terms and conditions precedent of facility agreement are met before execution of any requests from borrower.
• Ensure all required covenants are provided such as insurance throughout the life of the syndicated loan.
• Manage amendments or waivers requested by borrower.
• Ensure filing of MAS returns within the specified time frame.
• Support team lead to deliver KPIs as set by senior management.
• Coordinate or participate in various enhancement projects in the department, such as system enhancements or ad-hoc projects.
• Support and lead any projects as required.
• Ensure workflow processes are per SOP.
