PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a lead arranger / co-arranger to manage a portfolio of corporate clients in Singapore, focusing on syndicated loan products and delivering integrated banking solutions while building strong client relationships.

The candidate will perform credit analyses, monitor exposures, and collaborate with risk and compliance teams to meet regulatory standards; prior business development and target attainment experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have lead-arranger or co-arranger experience for syndicated loan products.
• Extensive experience participating as a lender in syndicated loans and strong credit risk understanding.
• Proven ability in business development and client relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, enhancing business development and relationships.
• Identify client needs and provide integrated banking solutions within syndicated loan products.
• Focus on emerging sectors and conduct financial analysis and credit assessments to monitor exposures.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to uphold regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Achieve targets related to loan growth, deposit growth, fee income and profitability.
• Support cross-border initiatives and pursue group-synergy opportunities as needed.
