Job summary

Singlife is seeking a Senior Vice President to provide senior strategic leadership and executive ownership of IAM and PAM across the enterprise. You will oversee System Access, IGA, and PAM operations, driving transformation and automation while ensuring compliance with MAS TRM guidelines and cyber hygiene requirements.

You will lead the IAM/PAM leadership teams, manage vendor relations, and report to executive management on risk posture, audit status, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, Cyber Security or IAM disciplines.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing IAM/PAM teams, leaders, vendors or MSPs.
• Proven track record defining and executing enterprise IAM/PAM strategy and multi-year transformation roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of identity concepts and RBAC/ABAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM/PAM leadership team and delivery functions, including System Access Operations, PAM Operations, IGA Engineering & Operations and 24x7 IAM/PAM support.
• Define and own the enterprise IAM/PAM strategy, operating model and multi-year transformation roadmap across System Access Management, PAM and IGA capabilities.
• Provide executive oversight of audit engagements relating to IAM/PAM controls and ensure compliance with MAS TRM and other guidelines.
