Job summary

Singlife, a leading financial services company in Singapore, seeks a VP of Information Security (Data & Application) to lead data and application security, governance, risk management, and architecture in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

You will drive data security controls across on‑prem and cloud, oversee secure SDLC and DevSecOps, and ensure regulatory alignment with MAS TRM, PDPA, and ISO 27001 while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Information Security with focus on data and application security.
• Hands-on SDLC, Agile, and DevSecOps with API and cloud security.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (MAS TRM, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee data security controls across on-prem and cloud.
• Perform risk assessments and provide remediation recommendations.
• Conduct security architecture reviews and advocate best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support audits with regulators.
