Job summary

GIC is seeking a VP/SVP, Identity & Access Management (IAM) within the Technology Group in Singapore. The role drives end-to-end IGA, joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle, access recertification, and entitlement management across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will collaborate with ITDR and lead governance, audit, and compliance activities to strengthen the firm's security posture.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of cyber security experience with at least 3 years in IAM.
• Experience with IGA processes (JML, recertification, role/entitlement management).
• Familiarity with audit engagements and IAM tooling (SailPoint, Saviynt).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end IAM governance and administration (IGA).
• Manage JML lifecycle across systems, including provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Lead access recertification campaigns and remediation actions.
• Govern role and entitlement structures with least-privilege in mind.
• Collaborate with ITDR on identity-related incident response.
