Job summary

Singlife Group is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead Identity Security Management & Governance in Singapore. You will own enterprise IAM/PAM strategy, operating model and multi-year transformation, spanning on-premise, cloud and SaaS environments.

You will oversee audit/regulatory engagements, drive automation and Zero Trust adoption, and manage 24x7 IAM/PAM operations, with a focus on governance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years in IT, cyber security or IAM disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years in IAM domains including SSO, PAM, IGA and lifecycle management.
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience managing IAM/PAM teams or vendors.
• Proven experience defining and executing enterprise IAM/PAM strategy in regulated environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for IAM/PAM across enterprise security.
• Oversee audit and regulatory engagements related to identity controls.
• Drive strategy for identity modernisation, automation and Zero Trust.
• Lead 24x7 IAM/PAM operations and governance frameworks.
• Develop talent, manage vendors and budget for IAM/PAM programs.
