Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior Identity & Access Management leader to run enterprise IAM operations, strategy, and transformation across System Access Management, PAM, and IGA. You will drive automation, risk management, and governance while guiding the long-term IAM roadmap.

The role requires senior leadership, deep IAM domain expertise, and strong collaboration with governance, risk, and architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT/cybersecurity with IAM focus.
• 8+ years across IAM domains: System Access, PAM, IGA, lifecycle management.
• 5+ years in leadership managing IAM teams, vendors, or MSPs.
• Experience in highly regulated environments (finance/insurance/banking).
• Demonstrated IAM transformation, automation, and governance initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of JML, birthright access, roles, entitlements, and SoD.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IAM operations and strategy across SSO, PAM, and IGA.
• Oversee 24x7 IAM operations and incident management.
• Own PAM operations with CyberArk onboarding and secret management.
• Drive Saviynt-based IGA program, HR-AD integration, and access certification.
• Design RBAC/ABAC models and support cross-ecosystem identity integrations.
• Define IAM standards, governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Report on IAM health, transformation progress, and budget/exec priorities.
