Job summary

SMBC Singapore's Technology Governance & Control Team seeks a senior leader to oversee IAM/IGA across End User IDs, Privileged IDs, and Non-Human Identities. You will shape strategy, operating model, and controls to mature identity governance.

You will engage senior stakeholders, lead an established team, drive remediation of gaps, improve audit readiness, and deliver CRI-aligned KPIs/KRIs across BAU and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in IAM, IGA, information security, or technology risk.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-wide IAM initiatives.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, privileged ID governance, and NHIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IAM / IGA function and define the target operating model, roadmap, and priorities.
• Provide senior oversight across End User ID Management, PID governance, and NHI lifecycle management.
• Drive delivery of IAM / IGA improvement initiatives aligned to business, security, and risk objectives.
• Ensure effective prioritization and execution across BAU and change portfolios.
• Oversee strategy, governance, delivery, and operational management of identity-related controls across the organization.
