Job summary

PwC Singapore is offering an Internship/Trainee role in Internal Firm Services (Human Capital). You will support end-to-end design and delivery of impact programmes, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and help drive communications, budgeting and logistics to create meaningful employee experiences.

You will contribute to sustainability reporting, data collection, and the measurement of programme impact, while leveraging digital tools to enhance delivery.

Qualifications

• Interest in corporate sustainability, ESG or community engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a matrix environment.
• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end design and delivery of impact programmes (volunteering, wellness, engagement).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop meaningful people experiences.
• Drive programme implementation including communications, budgeting and logistics.
• Develop content to promote sustainability agenda and report outcomes.
