• Assist in talent management processes and analyze talent data.
• Help with people engagement and execute employee engagement activities.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Attention to detail

Basic content creation skills (e.g., Canva/video editing)
