Responsibilities

• Programme and events management: design and deliver impact programmes (volunteering, wellness, engagement)
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to create meaningful people experiences
• Drive programme implementation including communications, budgeting, logistics and coordination
• Communications and employee engagement: develop content and materials to promote sustainability and stakeholder impact
• Manage and update internal/external websites with relevant information
• Reporting and impact measurement: support sustainability reporting, data collection, and presentations
• Assist in measuring program impact and outcomes for stakeholders
• Digital innovation & AI enablement: leverage GenAI and digital tools to improve programme delivery and efficiency
