PwC Singapore is seeking bright and enthusiastic penultimate-year interns for the December 2026–February 2027 Year End internship. You will join the Workforce Transformation team to help clients redesign HR functions, transform processes and leverage digital solutions.

This internship offers exposure to market-leading People & Organisation engagements. You will gain hands-on experience in research, analysis and coordination, collaborating with PwC teams to deliver lasting organisational change

Qualifications

• Penultimate year students in Psychology, Business, Economics, or Human Resources from reputable local universities, with strong academic and co-curricular track record.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to navigate dynamic environments.
• Proactive learner with an interest in a long-term consulting career.

Responsabilités

• Assist in HR transformation initiatives, process improvement, and operating model design.
• Support change management, culture, and leadership efforts within client projects.
• Contribute to workforce strategy, organizational design, and talent initiatives.
• Support productivity and people analytics through data analysis and insights.
• Contribute to project coordination, business modelling and documentation.
