Job summary

LTA Land Transport Authority seeks a Deputy/Assistant Manager to drive environmental protection and sustainability across its construction projects. You will uphold governance, develop data‑driven insights, and build staff capabilities in environmental practices.

You will implement and enhance the Environmental Management System, formulate policies, conduct site audits, and train staff and contractors on sustainability initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• Passion for environmental and sustainability issues and practical solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to synthesize information and present clear content.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Good communication with management, functions, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Experience in developing environmental training materials or awareness campaigns.
• Proficiency in Python, data analytics and visualization tools, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Uphold environmental governance across LTA projects and contribute to EMS.
• Develop data‑driven insights, frameworks and solutions for environmental challenges.
• Conduct site audits and facilitate partnerships with regulatory agencies.
• Build environmental and sustainability capabilities through training and awareness materials.
