Job summary

The Land Transport Authority is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager, Enforcement Engagement, to lead a team focused on improving compliance through engagement, education and partnerships. You will explore data-driven strategies, connect stakeholder needs to initiatives, and oversee volunteer programmes, campaigns and educational outreach for diverse groups including schools and corporates.

Qualifications

Experience in stakeholder engagement, public education or community outreach.
Proven ability to manage volunteer programmes and campaigns.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into actions.
Experience leading and developing teams, with excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities and partnerships to improve compliance using data, trends and stakeholder feedback.
Develop approaches from idea to pilot to scale, including technology and AI.
Lead and manage the enforcement volunteer programme, recruitment and training.
Drive campaigns and education outreach with schools and community partners.
Build partnerships with corporate, public, education and community stakeholders and oversee projects.
