Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, FM, Engineering, Building Services or related field.
• 2+ years experience in sustainability programmes or green initiatives.
• Experience with Green Mark certification/renewal is an advantage.
• Experience with FM/building operations teams is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel or data analytics/visualisation tools.

Responsibilities

• Collate, verify and organise utility data and documents for Green Mark certification/renewal.
• Coordinate with operations teams and stakeholders to track Green Mark requirements and actions.
• Implement identified green initiatives across properties.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates.
• Analyze energy, water, waste data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with technology providers and sustainability partners.
• Coordinate pilot projects and assess feasibility and environmental benefits.
• Maintain sustainability records, dashboards and reporting documents.
• Support engagement activities to raise awareness among teams.
