Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2 years of sustainability experience, strong Excel skills, and an interest in climate action. The position focuses on data analysis, regulatory compliance and continuous environmental improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering or Business.
• Around 2 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management or reporting.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
• Analytical, organized and comfortable working across teams.
• Genuine interest in sustainability and climate action.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement sustainability roadmap from carbon/energy to waste and recycling.
• Collect and analyse ESG data (energy, emissions, waste, materials) and track KPIs.
• Prepare sustainability reports and performance updates for management, clients and tenders.
• Support environmental certifications such as ISO 14001, Singapore Green Label, and FSC/PEFC timber sourcing.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, HR and Facilities on supplier sustainability and green initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants and auditors; keep documentation audit-ready.
• Monitor Singapore regulations and disclosure requirements and flag impacts.
• Drive staff engagement through CSR, recycling and green programmes.

We are seeking a motivated Sustainability Executive to support the implementation of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives. The role will assist in sustainability reporting, data collection and analysis, regulatory compliance, and execution of environmental improvement projects across the organisation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability practices into business operations and support the company’s sustainability goals and reporting requirements.

What you'll do
