Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in M&E, Building Services or related FM discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in the built environment with Singapore sustainability knowledge.
• GMAP certified.
• CFME accreditation preferred (Tier 3).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee the building’s sustainability programme.
• Monitor energy, water, and waste performance and report progress.
• Ensure compliance with Green Mark and national standards.
• Prepare sustainability reports and scorecards.
• Engage stakeholders to promote environmental awareness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
