CBRE Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking an Environmental Engineer to drive the building's sustainability and environmental compliance program. You will oversee green standards, monitor energy, water and waste performance, and prepare sustainability reports in line with corporate requirements.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, and managing multiple initiatives across building operations to ensure adherence to Green Mark, SS ISO 46001, and WEB certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in M&E, Building Services or related FM discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in the built environment with Singapore sustainability knowledge.
• GMAP certified.
• CFME accreditation preferred (Tier 3).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Drive and oversee the building’s sustainability programme.
• Monitor energy, water, and waste performance and report progress.
• Ensure compliance with Green Mark and national standards.
• Prepare sustainability reports and scorecards.
