Job summary

CapitaLand Group in Singapore seeks a sustainability professional to drive decarbonisation across a global portfolio. You will collaborate with product and technical teams to develop tailored pathways and pilots, aligning with the Ascott CarbonClear framework.

You will analyse sustainability data across properties, benchmark performance, and support data systems like UL360 and Greenview Portal to deliver insights and progress toward decarbonisation goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability data collection, analysis and insights.
• Knowledge of decarbonisation frameworks for built environment.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop decarbonisation pathways with product and technical teams.
• Lead pilots for sustainability solutions to improve building performance.
• Analyse portfolio data and provide actionable insights on energy, water and emissions.
• Benchmark performance and support GRESB submissions and reporting.
• Maintain and improve data systems and dashboards for real-time reporting.
