Job summary

The position requires a Diploma in Business/Marketing, 1–2 years in customer-facing roles, and strong communication skills. Training is provided in the first week, with potential weekend work as projects require. 1-year contract, renewable.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or manually.
• Enter data accurately into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for hard-to-reach respondents.
• Update call outcomes and progress daily using MS Office.
• Collaborate to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle objections and encourage participation.
• Prepare daily productivity and completion reports.
• Review and clean data flagged for errors.
• Maintain detailed case notes for follow-up actions.
• Follow SOPs and document deviations.
• Meet KPI targets.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties.
