Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks an entry-level Application Support specialist to provide 1st line user support and contribute to deployment activities. The role involves identifying issues, communicating with the project team, and maintaining operational docs.

Training will be provided to enhance technical and customer service skills. You should have a Higher Diploma in Computer Science and at least 1 year of application support experience, with familiarity in Unix/Linux,

Qualifications

• 1 year of application support experience is required or preferred.
• Knowledge on Unix/Linux, shell scripting, Java, Oracle, SQL, WebLogic and WebSphere is preferred.
• Independent in problem solving and analysis.
• Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner; on-the-job training will be provided.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of application support experience
• Knowledge on Unix/Linux, shell script, Java, Oracle, SQL, WebLogic, WebSphere is preferred
• Experience on project development, UAT and deployment is a definite advantage
• Independent in problem solving and analysis
• Good interpersonal skill, excellent service attitude and telephone manner
• On the job training will be provided.
