Job summary

ANTER CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a quality investigations specialist to lead and support deviations, incidents and quality events across the supply chain in Singapore.

The role focuses on root cause analysis, CAPA execution, GMP/GDP knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and documentation in QMS/ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on improving processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical / healthcare manufacturing, supply chain, quality or investigations.
• Experience handling deviations, investigations, RCA and CAPA in a regulated environment.
• Good understanding of GMP, GDP and Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support investigations into supply chain deviations, incidents and quality events including material, inventory, warehousing, transportation and distribution issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using appropriate investigation methodologies and tools.
• Develop and implement effective CAPA to address identified root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Review supply chain processes, documentation, data and system records to identify potential contributing factors.
• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement and Planning teams during investigations.
• Prepare clear and compliant investigation reports, including event description, impact assessment, root cause, corrective actions and preventive actions.
• Ensure investigations are completed within established timelines and in accordance with GMP / Quality Management System requirements.
• Identify recurring issues and trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
• Support audits and inspections by providing investigation records, CAPA documentation and supporting evidence when required.
• Maintain accurate investigation records in relevant QMS / ERP / supply chain systems.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP / ERP / QMS systems is advantageous.
