Job summary

You will manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiation and purchase orders, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on timelines and priorities. • Diploma in supply chain management, procurement, logistics or related.
• Experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to support quality, cost, delivery, and continuity requirements.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to support operations and achieve commercial outcomes.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and risk assessments to drive improvement.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, and PO issuance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, timelines and priorities.
• Monitor timely delivery and resolve supply, delivery, or quality issues with suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and terms to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare sourcing/procurement reports as required.
• Support audits and ensure documentation/compliance requirements are met.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, process optimization, and standardization.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to support quality, cost, delivery, and business continuity requirements.
• Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships to support operational needs and achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and risk assessments to drive continuous improvement and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including request for quotation (RFQ), supplier evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements, project timelines, and business priorities.
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and work with suppliers to resolve supply, delivery, or quality-related issues.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings and manage business risks.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare sourcing and procurement reports as required.
• Support internal and external audits, including documentation and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and standardization across procurement and supply chain operations.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field is advantageous.
• Candidates with relevant education, transferable skills, and a demonstrated interest in procurement are encouraged to apply.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using ERP systems (for example, SAP) is advantageous.
