The role focuses on demand forecasting, supplier evaluation, cost negotiations and continuous improvement within a fast-paced F&B environment.
Liberte HR is partnered with a global QSR brand in Singapore to search for a Supply Chain & Procurement Executive. The role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain planning, procurement, supplier management and inventory optimisation across a multi-site restaurant operation.
Develop demand forecasts based on historical sales, promotions and seasonal trends.
Prepare supply plans to ensure uninterrupted supply across restaurants.
Monitor inventory health, stock ageing, inventory turns and wastage.
Recommend replenishment and inventory optimisation strategies.
Source and evaluate new suppliers.
Lead quotation exercises, commercial evaluations and cost negotiations.
Manage supplier performance, service levels and delivery reliability.
Review contracts and identify alternative suppliers to reduce supply risk.
Support new menu launches, LTOs, new restaurant openings and equipment rollouts.
Coordinate closely with Marketing, Operations and QA on project timelines and product availability.
Review inventory policies, warehouse utilisation and distribution frequency.
Identify opportunities for product cost reduction, freight optimisation, packaging improvements and process efficiencies.
Monitor market trends affecting raw material pricing and supply risks.
Support supply chain digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
2–5 years of relevant supply chain or procurement experience.
Experience within F&B, FMCG, retail, restaurant chains or multi-site operations is preferred.
Hands-on experience in procurement, supplier management, demand planning and inventory optimisation.
Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to balance day-to-day operational requirements with supply chain improvement initiatives.
