Job summary

Origin Mattress in Singapore is seeking a data-driven professional to work with Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, Product and Customer Service teams to investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement improved processes.

You will analyze procurement and supply chain data, review workflows, develop SOPs, track KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to reduce lead times and manual work, with a focus on automation and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analysis or Process Improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse procurement and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate recurring procurement, inventory, and supply chain issues to determine root causes.
• Review existing workflows and recommend process improvements; develop and maintain SOPs.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and new systems.
