Job summary

Origin Mattress is seeking a data-minded individual in Singapore to join our procurement and operations team. You will investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and design better processes that reduce errors and delays across procurement, inventory, and supplier interactions.

You’ll work with multiple teams—Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, Product, and Customer Service—to implement improvements and support KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with data.
• Comfortable analysing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Able to communicate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
• Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Analyse procurement and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate recurring procurement, inventory, and supply chain issues to determine root causes.
• Review existing workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to standardise best practices.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Operations, Product, and Logistics teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
• Support implementation of new operational systems and tools.
• Assist in improving supplier performance monitoring and procurement controls.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects across procurement and supply chain operations.
