We’re a fast-growing global e-commerce company operating across multiple countries, managing thousands of products, suppliers, shipments, and customer orders every month.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who enjoys solving operational puzzles and improving the way things work.
This isn’t a traditional procurement role focused on sourcing or negotiating with suppliers. Instead, you’ll work closely with our Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, Product, and Customer Service teams to investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and improve processes that drive better business outcomes.
If you’ve ever found yourself asking, “There has to be a better way to do this,” we’d love to meet you.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys figuring out why things happen.
When inventory runs short, supplier deliveries are delayed, purchase orders contain errors, or operational issues keep recurring, you don’t stop at fixing today’s problem—you dig deeper to understand the root cause and build a better process to prevent it from happening again.
You’re analytical, structured, curious, and always looking for ways to improve efficiency.
“Why did this happen?”
“How can we prevent this from happening again?”
“Is there a simpler or more efficient way?”
“Can this process be automated?”
“What does the data tell us?”
If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and making operations run more efficiently, we’d love to hear from you.
