Job summary

You will prepare reports for senior management, track KPIs and payouts, support launches and events, and drive efficiency through process improvements in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years’ experience in business analysis in FMCG/Retail/Travel Retail.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data management).

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational and sales data to support decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Track store sales, KPIs and commission payouts.
• Support new store openings, product launches and events.
• Liaise with agencies/vendors to manage Brand Ambassadors and operations.
• Handle permits, airport pass renewals, invoices, and admin tasks.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.
