Responsibilities

• Collaborate with logistics stakeholders and service providers to resolve quality issues, ensuring timely investigations, actionable corrective measures, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead monthly performance review calls with logistics service providers and global stakeholders, identifying performance gaps and driving service improvements.
• Collect and define operational requirements for system and process enhancements, partnering with Business Solutions to support implementation.
• Manage and analyze complex datasets, design reporting templates, and prepare data for quarterly reports; support or lead quarter-end review calls with global stakeholders.
• Drive project initiatives by leading group meetings, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and ensuring deliverables meet timelines.
