Job summary

CAPCON SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Singapore to plan and coordinate production, materials, and inventory to meet customer demand while keeping optimal stock levels and supporting production schedules.

You will develop production plans from forecasts, align with sales, procurement, and manufacturing, monitor demand changes, manage BOM and ERP data, and maintain safe stock while tracking metrics and reporting to management.

Qualifications

Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is required.
2–5 years’ experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or materials planning in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of BOM and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Demand & Production Planning: Develop and maintain production plans based on forecasts.
Coordinate with sales, procurement and manufacturing to align capacity with demand; monitor changes.
Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
Material Planning: Maintain BOM in ERP; secure material supply per plan; monitor lead times.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components; place purchase requisitions.
Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels; analyze trends; manage safety stock & reorder points.
Coordination & Communication: Liaise with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and production.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service level; prepare reports.
