Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Prior experience in production planning or supply chain is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/MRP/SAP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
• Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and production requirements.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and supply chain teams to support planning activities.
• Track production progress and follow up on delays, material shortages, and scheduling changes.
• Maintain accurate planning records, production schedules, and inventory data in the system.
• Assist in material requirements planning (MRP) and inventory replenishment activities.
• Identify potential supply or production issues and support timely resolution.
• Prepare planning reports and provide updates on production status, material availability, and delivery schedules.
