Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Planner to forecast demand, plan production, and coordinate with project leaders to meet delivery schedules.

You will manage BOMs, material availability, and supplier deliveries, prepare E&O reports, and ensure compliance with RBA. Diploma or degree in SCM with 1–2 years’ experience preferred. Strong Excel and SAP knowledge are assets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage forecast planning.
• Plan and schedule production orders based on demand and resources.
• Coordinate with project leaders, planners, and production supervisors to prioritize work per delivery schedule.
• Oversee material planning, BOM management, and design change implementations.
• Confirm orders based on material and capacity availability.
• Plan, control, and work with purchasers to manage material deliveries and prevent stock excess.
• Monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Prepare periodic reports (Excess and Obsolete, quarterly buy-down).
• Ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing.
• Maintain compliance with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
